Yoga Wake Up!

Hello lovely people :)   How are you?   How are you coping with all the busy summer energy?    For myself, I don't know if it is the pregnancy, the puppies keeping me up at night or just the summer heat but getting out of bed is starting to feel like a real accomplishment! Today's session is a 12 minute (ish) Yoga sequence designed to help you wake up. Shiva Shambo!

Hello there :)        How are you?   This week seems to have flown by! Visiting family has given many opportunities for having fun and learning this week...  always learning!    I have been giving lots of thought to how we communicate. Do we really know what we are saying most of the time?! Do we truly think about how our words effect others before we speak? It seems our speech can tell us very much about who we are and how we want others to see us... Kirtan Album Release & Free Bhakti Yoga Practice :)

Hello *|FNAME|*, How are you?   It's been a while since I posted something- so it feels very nice to get back into the groove a little today :)   I am so happy to announce the release of my new yoga music album: Kirtan :)     I have had the pleasure of chanting mantras as part of my yoga practice for over 20 years and the songs I am sharing are very much in my heart.    There is lots of beautiful Mantra singing happening every day in my life and the power and the importance of Bhakti yoga (the yoga of devotion/ the heart) is entirely present for me right now.   To hear the whole album head t o  (and click Yoga Music).
