Sat Cit Ananda!

Hello dear ones,

Gosh it has been a long time since I regularly posted content- all I can say is I'm sorry and thank you soo much for your patience and continued support!
On a personal note I'm right at the end of my pregnancy for baby number 2 :) and she could make her arrival pretty much any day this month from now on. The glamourous world of pregnancy and childcare has taken most of my energy in recent months! These are of course still very crazy times for all of us, and there has also been much to do to keep life moving and growing in the right direction, coping with the endless changes needed to stay afloat and of course, dealing with all the pregnancy phases, stages and symptoms... lets just say that there have been many opportunities to practice mindfulness and meditation!
There has also been amazing cause for gratitude with the love, support and creativity of my family and friends at the very top of my list right now :) So I wanted to draw special attention to this beautiful offering by my friends Alex and Kaushalya who form the sound healing music band: Jagaspace.
They have just released an incredible album of upbeat, powerful and healing music called Olen Ookean - check it out! ... and I am blessed to feature on a few of their compositions especially this lovely song Sat Cit Ananda.
We recorded a live version for you to enjoy- please sing and dance and share far and wide.
Sending tons of love and thanks to you,
xx Sacha

Last Days of Jan...

How are you? Welcome to the final days of The Morning Ten- your invitation to practice 31 days of yoga (including meditation and mantras)... even if that simply means practising for just 10 minutes a day :)  In these last sessions the invitation is to round things off and integrate :) Many goals and intensions begin in January and I know all to well the feeling that one has fallen off the wagon or become lost in old patterns once again- so now is the perfect time to practice self-compassion and take a moment to observe what your experience has been so far this year and to use the lessons life has brought you and the lessons from your heart to re-dedicate yourself to whatever is important to you- Realistically, honestly and lovingly! A few questions to reflect upon are: What have you learned this January? Is there anything you would like to integrate more deeply? How does your yoga practice support you? Are there any gentle goals or intensions that would support you going forwards?

Bed Yoga- A gentle class for a great night's sleep...

Hello beautiful people, How are you? Today I am super happy to share a bed yoga class with you :) Bed Yoga: A Gentle Practice for a Great Nights Sleep https://youtu.be/jNl6ofLGrPE I. Love. Bed. Yoga! To take a little bit of time, first thing in the morning or last thing at night, elevated on your own comfy mattress, dressed in your pyjamas to do a restorative and relaxing sequence seems to make for some truly yummy self-care time!   I've created a whole course of Bed Yoga classes that I have released on my Patreon site- and there are still some more in progress.   I hope that you enjoy this session and that it helped you to unwind and sleep wonderfully. Namaste, :) Sacha  To support yoga with Sacha, access special online content and monthly live sessions become a Patron at: www.Patreon.com/yogawithsacha Find out about music, retreats, one to one sessions and much more at: www.YogaWithSacha.com

Enjoy it! Week 4 The Morning Ten 31 Day Yoga Challenge

How are you? Welcome to week 4 of The Morning Ten- your invitation to practice 31 days of yoga (including meditation and mantras)... even if that simply means practising for just 10 minutes a day :)  This week the invitation is to enjoy it! Enjoy the practices, enjoy  the amazing body that enables you to live your life,  and enjoy the present moment and all the experiences that can be found right here, right now.   A few questions to reflect upon are: What do you enjoy? What gives you pleasure? What gives you lasting happiness? Is there anything you can incorporate more of (or less of) in your life to increase your sense of enjoyment? For me I'm very much enjoying stealing moments away from my little one to work, play, meditate and practice yoga! I'm also practicing really enjoying many of the common things that I can do without thinking- feeding the baby, taking a shower, walking the dogs... it is lovely to remember to squeeze all the juice out of the simple things :)  See b
