Sat Cit Ananda!

Hello dear ones,

Gosh it has been a long time since I regularly posted content- all I can say is I'm sorry and thank you soo much for your patience and continued support!
On a personal note I'm right at the end of my pregnancy for baby number 2 :) and she could make her arrival pretty much any day this month from now on. The glamourous world of pregnancy and childcare has taken most of my energy in recent months! These are of course still very crazy times for all of us, and there has also been much to do to keep life moving and growing in the right direction, coping with the endless changes needed to stay afloat and of course, dealing with all the pregnancy phases, stages and symptoms... lets just say that there have been many opportunities to practice mindfulness and meditation!
There has also been amazing cause for gratitude with the love, support and creativity of my family and friends at the very top of my list right now :) So I wanted to draw special attention to this beautiful offering by my friends Alex and Kaushalya who form the sound healing music band: Jagaspace.
They have just released an incredible album of upbeat, powerful and healing music called Olen Ookean - check it out! ... and I am blessed to feature on a few of their compositions especially this lovely song Sat Cit Ananda.
We recorded a live version for you to enjoy- please sing and dance and share far and wide.
Sending tons of love and thanks to you,
xx Sacha

The Yoga with Sacha Family is Growing!

The Yoga with Sacha Family is Growing! We’ve all had a crazy few years haven’t we?! This year looks set to be a year like no other for my little tribe as we have just welcomed the arrival of gorgeous little  Angelina Ananda Heath  born on January 22nd after a lightning fast 4 1/2 hour labour (phew!!). She was born into a water pool, on Corfu, in a cottage surrounded by loving friends. Rafael has been a dream big brother and we are all soo blissfully happy with her arrival. (As you may have noticed by my much-reduced amount of content I was pretty floored by both my pregnancies.... for quite a few months I was staggering around like a zombie! I am already feeling much better now- and one look at Angelina and Rafael and I know it was all worth it :) The growth of our family means big (hopefully temporary) changes to the way we will run things this year. I hope to get back to recording more yoga and mantras and livestreams for yoga with Sacha after a few months quiet time in my baby bub

Enjoy it! Week 4 The Morning Ten 31 Day Yoga Challenge

How are you? Welcome to week 4 of The Morning Ten- your invitation to practice 31 days of yoga (including meditation and mantras)... even if that simply means practising for just 10 minutes a day :)  This week the invitation is to enjoy it! Enjoy the practices, enjoy  the amazing body that enables you to live your life,  and enjoy the present moment and all the experiences that can be found right here, right now.   A few questions to reflect upon are: What do you enjoy? What gives you pleasure? What gives you lasting happiness? Is there anything you can incorporate more of (or less of) in your life to increase your sense of enjoyment? For me I'm very much enjoying stealing moments away from my little one to work, play, meditate and practice yoga! I'm also practicing really enjoying many of the common things that I can do without thinking- feeding the baby, taking a shower, walking the dogs... it is lovely to remember to squeeze all the juice out of the simple things :)  See b
