Inviting More Lightness!

Hello lovely people,

It has been a while since I last published anything so I am very happy to be back in the game this Free Yoga Friday! Today I am happy to share a short crow pose sequence shot on the beach with the help of wonderful friend- Tim.

This week has got me thinking around a few questions and is bringing me many amazing insights :)

I've been reflecting upon how I prioritise my time... and observing that when I don't prioritise my time then other people and situations do this for me!

You may wish to have a little reflection yourself!

  •  Where is your time going at the moment?
  • Did you decide this consciously or did it just happen this way?!
  • Is there anything that is a real priority for you, that you can re-dedicate yourself to?

I've also been reflecting on what exactly does one need to take seriously in ones life?

What happens if one chooses to take situations a little more lightly and playfully?

Things have been unfolding much more sweetly when I've been responding to life with lightness and love rather than heaviness and seriousness, and this is something I very much hope to carry forwards!

I hope you enjoy this week's Crow Flow Video and that you experience the lightness of this wonderful pose as well as maybe a little more lightness of being.

     Namaste,
        :) Sacha

Bed Yoga- A gentle class for a great night's sleep...

Hello beautiful people, How are you? Today I am super happy to share a bed yoga class with you :) Bed Yoga: A Gentle Practice for a Great Nights Sleep https://youtu.be/jNl6ofLGrPE I. Love. Bed. Yoga! To take a little bit of time, first thing in the morning or last thing at night, elevated on your own comfy mattress, dressed in your pyjamas to do a restorative and relaxing sequence seems to make for some truly yummy self-care time!   I've created a whole course of Bed Yoga classes that I have released on my Patreon site- and there are still some more in progress.   I hope that you enjoy this session and that it helped you to unwind and sleep wonderfully. Last Days of Jan...

How are you? Welcome to the final days of The Morning Ten- your invitation to practice 31 days of yoga (including meditation and mantras)... even if that simply means practising for just 10 minutes a day :)  In these last sessions the invitation is to round things off and integrate :) Many goals and intensions begin in January and I know all to well the feeling that one has fallen off the wagon or become lost in old patterns once again- so now is the perfect time to practice self-compassion and take a moment to observe what your experience has been so far this year and to use the lessons life has brought you and the lessons from your heart to re-dedicate yourself to whatever is important to you- Realistically, honestly and lovingly! A few questions to reflect upon are: What have you learned this January? Is there anything you would like to integrate more deeply? How does your yoga practice support you? Are there any gentle goals or intensions that would support you going forwards?

31 Day Yoga Challenge week 2 :)

Hello lovely being :)  How are you? Welcome to week 2 of The Morning Ten- your invitation to practice 31 days of yoga (including meditation and mantras)... even if that simply means practising for just 10 minutes a day :)  Within myself I am still feeling very much in a post x-mas cloud! It feels hard to find the time and the motivation to accomplish very much in these days... but it is like that sometimes isn't it?!  Younger versions of me would probably have tried to 'push through it', but this time I am attempting a different strategy- to breathe into it, to practice self-compassion, to take all non-essentials off my plate and ride out this phase knowing that another one will start when the time is right.  It is such a profound thing to be able to accept things as they are and to take many slow deep breaths. So if you have been keeping up with the challenge so far then well done! And if you have not then that is also just fine :) Dip into the sessions below if/when you
