Anandamayi Ma Mantra Meditation :)

Hello beautiful people,
I write this from the uk where I am back after quite a long time away. It is lovely to be around family and friends and I'm feeling rather pampered since a) I'm over 8 months pregnant now so no one is letting me do much of anything and b) with no guests to look after, no dogs for me to look after here and no endless renovations on my plate I have a lot more free time on my hands!

I'm very much looking forward to returning to lead the Sunday Mantra singing group I started in Hampton some years ago.

In the light of this I wanted to share a classic mantra that the Hampton Love Collective has sung right since the very beginning called: Anandamayi Ma.

This is a beautiful traditional kirtan sung call and response style to fill your life with Divine Mother energy. This one honours motherhood in all its forms and the endless love and light we receive in the form of food, light, and all the bountiful goodness of nature... and of course this one is a great one to practice in order to generate Bliss.

I hope you enjoy singing along with this one as much as I do,
     Big Love,
         :) Sacha

Bed Yoga- A gentle class for a great night's sleep...

Hello beautiful people, How are you? Today I am super happy to share a bed yoga class with you :) Bed Yoga: A Gentle Practice for a Great Nights Sleep I. Love. Bed. Yoga! To take a little bit of time, first thing in the morning or last thing at night, elevated on your own comfy mattress, dressed in your pyjamas to do a restorative and relaxing sequence seems to make for some truly yummy self-care time!   I've created a whole course of Bed Yoga classes that I have released on my Patreon site- and there are still some more in progress.   I hope that you enjoy this session and that it helped you to unwind and sleep wonderfully. Namaste, :) Sacha  To support yoga with Sacha, access special online content and monthly live sessions become a Patron at: Find out about music, retreats, one to one sessions and much more at:

Last Days of Jan...

How are you? Welcome to the final days of The Morning Ten- your invitation to practice 31 days of yoga (including meditation and mantras)... even if that simply means practising for just 10 minutes a day :)  In these last sessions the invitation is to round things off and integrate :) Many goals and intensions begin in January and I know all to well the feeling that one has fallen off the wagon or become lost in old patterns once again- so now is the perfect time to practice self-compassion and take a moment to observe what your experience has been so far this year and to use the lessons life has brought you and the lessons from your heart to re-dedicate yourself to whatever is important to you- Realistically, honestly and lovingly! A few questions to reflect upon are: What have you learned this January? Is there anything you would like to integrate more deeply? How does your yoga practice support you? Are there any gentle goals or intensions that would support you going forwards?

31 Day Yoga Challenge week 2 :)

Hello lovely being :)  How are you? Welcome to week 2 of The Morning Ten- your invitation to practice 31 days of yoga (including meditation and mantras)... even if that simply means practising for just 10 minutes a day :)  Within myself I am still feeling very much in a post x-mas cloud! It feels hard to find the time and the motivation to accomplish very much in these days... but it is like that sometimes isn't it?!  Younger versions of me would probably have tried to 'push through it', but this time I am attempting a different strategy- to breathe into it, to practice self-compassion, to take all non-essentials off my plate and ride out this phase knowing that another one will start when the time is right.  It is such a profound thing to be able to accept things as they are and to take many slow deep breaths. So if you have been keeping up with the challenge so far then well done! And if you have not then that is also just fine :) Dip into the sessions below if/when you
